Pulse Arts is a non-profit running six programs for young artists. Their site had grown one page at a time, with no one owning the whole.
Problem
Six programs, one confusing site. Parents could not tell which program fit their kid, and staff fielded the same questions by phone.

Mapped every program onto one flow, then wireframed a single path from landing to sign-up.
